Still on the Job for Our Clients

IT provider still on the job for you during the coronavirus pandemic

Like everyone else, Intrust IT is responding to the coronavirus outbreak. We know that your business continuity depends on our business continuity. As of this week, COVID-19 has not impacted Intrust’s operations. In an abundance of caution to keep our operations intact and reduce the spread in our community, we have enacted our business continuity infectious disease plan at severity level 3, which means:

  • Everyone works from home unless some physical activity in the office is necessary
  • Client visits are only scheduled if necessary and have little person to person interaction
  • All meetings are via video conference

We will be in touch with you if you currently have an upcoming in-person appointment.  We’ll discuss with you if we can re-schedule, or accomplish the work remotely.

Here for You

We’re all in this together, and we’ll be here to continue to help you throughout the coronavirus pandemic, including assistance should your business be impacted by the challenges that come with having all employees working from home. Like always, just contact us via phone, e-mail or chat. Our current clients can also get support at any time by following this link.

We will continue to provide our cyber security services, managed IT services and IT support services.
